Magda Rutkiewicz-Luterek - Costume Designer
Magda Rutkiewicz-Luterek is considered one of the top Polish Costume Designers. She specializes in military costumes as well as military props among her other interests. Her portfolio includes feature films, TV productions (The Passing Bells' for BBC) and commercial projects (with the latest Tyskie campaign). In 2002 she was lecturer in faculty of film in Camille Vernet College in Valence, France.
She is a member of main artists associations in Poland - Association of Polish Stage Artists (ZASP), Polish Filmmakers Association (SFP) and Polish Film Academy. She has been nominated three times with Polish Film Academy Award and Gdynia Film Festival Award for 'Wolyn' by Wojciech Smarzowski, 'Warsaw 44' by Jan Komasa, 'Manhunt' by Marcin Krysztalowicz, 'Offsiders' by Kasia Adamik among them.
She is the daughter of Costume Designer Jadwiga Rutkiewicz-Mikulska and the Director, and military specialist - Jan Rutkiewicz.
Recently, she is working on new Wojciech Smarzowski film - 'Kler / The Clergy'.
