Stanisław Horodecki

Born in 1996. Graduated Gdynia Film School in 2018. Right after graduation he finished his first feature film "Zieja" as camera operator, cooperating with Witold Płóciennik and Robert Glinski. Then TV series "Pułapka 2" with Marian Prokop and Adrian Panek. He worked as camera operator in TV series "O mnie się nie martw”, where he eventually debuted as director of photography. As a cinematographer he worked on the set of TV series "Przyjaciółki” (ep. 195-202) directed by Filip Gieldon. With the same director he made his feature film debut "Magdalena”, which tell the story of a young woman communicating with the world around her through music. She dreams of becoming a professional DJ and to move abroad, while at the same time trying to raise her five year old daughter. The film was awarded for Best Feature at the Nottingham International Film Festival.

Feature film "Święto ognia" directed by Kinga Dębska had it‘s premiere on Feature Film Festival in Gdynia in which Staszek was a camera operator.

Short films with Stanisław cinematography were presented and awarded at film festivals: “”Everything For My Friend” | “Wszystko dla mojej przyjaciółki” directed by Lulu Pomorova has been shown in short film section in Gdynia Film Festival. "Summer 43" directed by Aneta Bussold was awarded in Mumbai The Jury Special Mention at the Mumbai International Student Films Festival. Recently film “Tacking“ directed by Jakub Laskowski with Stanisław cinematography has been awarded at 30th Blue Sea Film Festival in Finland.

Since childhood he used to play on the guitar and bomb the hills on skateboard. His photography works were featured by K-MAG,,,,, Kodak.
